Savi’s Workshop Upgrade – Send In Upgrade Service

In complement of our Upgrade Kit, we can upgrade your Savi’s Lightsaber and blade for you!

Please make sure to also purchase the Upgrade kit alongside this item – available here
This item includes the Shipping cost to the installer – read the “send in” procedure part below.

How to proceed once the order is placed:
1) Pack the blade, Savi’s Core and you switch part into a box
/!\ The battery pack isn’t needed, please remove it from the core.
/!\ Do not pack the other metal parts aside the switch, we won’t be needed them.
2) Measure the box size (L x W x H) and Weight and send this info to us
(reply to the order confirmation email).
Please note that the box size must not be bigger than 95x15x15 cm (37x6x6 in).
3) We will send you a DHL Label, and you will be able to schedule a pickup.
4) We, or our local trusted partners, will receive the package and proceed to the upgrade.
5) An ETA will be communicated, but you can expect a lead time will be 2 to 4 month.
6) Once the upgrade completed, everything will be shipped back to you with DHL.
